Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our robots at customer sites. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and calibrating our robotic solutions.

You will also troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues, perform repairs or part replacements, and maintain accurate repair records. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, disassembly, and repair of returned robot units and components, as well as cleaning, replacing parts, reassembling, and testing functionality to ensure quality standards are met.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams in Japan HQ for escalated technical support and analysis. You will also provide basic technical training and operational guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Possess Class 3 driving license
  • Experience in the Semiconductor industry is an added advantage
