We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to work on installing, configuring, and calibrating complex robotic systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

  • Install, configure, and calibrate Semicon robots at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues and perform repairs or part replacements.
  • Perform diagnostics, disassembly, and repair of returned robot units and components.
  • Clean, replace parts, reassemble, and test functionality to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate repair records and provide feedback to engineering teams for product improvement.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspection, and submit technical service reports.
  • Provide basic technical training and operational guidance to customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and providing support to customers through various channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Diploma in Engineering or related field.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Possess Class 3 driving license.
  • Experience in the Semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
