About The Role

  • Family Support Specialist

We seek a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide essential support to individuals and families navigating family relationship, marital and divorce issues.

The ideal candidate will conduct intervention programmes for adults and children impacted by divorce, plan and implement suitable programmes and outreach efforts, and collaborate with partners to deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Counselling Services: Providing emotional support to individuals and families to help them cope with stress and difficult situations.

  2. Intervention Programmes: Conducting group or individual sessions to help adults and children affected by divorce to express their feelings and develop coping strategies.

  3. Programme Planning: Designing and implementing effective programmes and outreach efforts to meet the needs of our clients.

  4. Collaboration and Networking: Working with partners to deliver exceptional services and ensure seamless communication among all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Counselling or Social Work: A degree in Counselling or Social Work is required to apply for this position.

  • 3 Years of Relevant Experience: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in counselling to apply for this role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with clients, partners and other stakeholders.

  • Passion for Family Support: A genuine passion for working with families in distress is crucial for success in this role.
