Job Title: Automotive Service Delivery Manager

Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage the daily operations of aftersales customer service, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring all issues are addressed effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to implement long-term solutions and drive service improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive customer service policies, standards, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in the automotive industry, exhibit strong knowledge of customer service principles and quality assurance methodologies, demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, and display strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage customer relations.
