They play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. As a Delivery Driver, you'll put your safe driving skills to work and enjoy career stability with endless growth opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer service excellence and communication by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice, and offering installation services.
  • Leading and working closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
  • Maintaining efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
  • Driving company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Loading and unloading parts accurately per route schedules.
  • Collecting returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
  • Adhering to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
  • Processing customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Staying updated on promotions and automotive products through our systems. Maintaining delivery vehicles and reporting any issues promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • A valid driver's license and safety compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to our driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
  • Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
