Content Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Editor to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of content.

  • Schedule and manage editorial calendars for all writers.
  • Coordinate with writers to assign articles, provide deadlines, and track progress.
  • Ensure articles move efficiently through the content pipeline from draft submission to final publication.
  • Perform initial checks of submitted articles for formatting, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines before passing them to the Editor.
  • Provide administrative support to the Editor, including organizing content files, managing correspondence, and other ad-hoc duties as required.

  • A proven track record in a role requiring strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
