Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist and Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative content strategies to promote our brand, venues, and offerings. You will create engaging content across multiple channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, email newsletters, and more.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with designers to produce high-quality copy and visuals that tell our story in fresh and engaging ways. You will also monitor and analyze audience engagement, platform trends, and competitor strategies to inform content planning.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage projects from concept to execution. You will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in event planning and coordination.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing creative content strategies to promote our brand, venues, and offerings.
  • Creating, curating, and managing content across multiple channels.
  • Producing high-quality copy and visuals to tell our story.
  • Monitoring and analyzing audience engagement and platform trends.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing monthly in-house events.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or events management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, PPC).
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects from concept to execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is required.
