Tenant Account Manager About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing tenant accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant accounts, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Analyze and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to tenant accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and vendors.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a property management company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
