We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Development Specialist to join our team at Credit Counselling Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and conducting programmes that strengthen individuals' financial capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify the learning needs of clients and the target audience, supporting CCS's mission.
  • Design and develop programmes to improve the financial capability of the target audience, including creating learning activities, content, learning aids, and materials to enhance learning.
  • Manage and execute programme delivery by organising, scheduling, and maintaining records, including administrative instructions, registration, attendance, venue preparation, and post-event feedback surveys.
  • Evaluate programmes to recommend areas of improvement and guide the development of new programmes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in conducting adult training, with working experience in designing, developing, and customising training courses.
  • Possession of a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent.
Core Competencies:
  • Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective training and engagement.
  • Possess competent skills in using presentation tools and learning technology to deliver training effectively.
  • Possess strong facilitation and presentation skills to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
