Job Description: ERP Technical Consultant

The primary objective of this role is to analyze business requirements and implement efficient ERP solutions.

  • Analyze business needs and workflows to design effective ERP systems.
  • Deploy new ERP systems, conduct user training, and ensure a seamless transition.
  • Develop specifications, design documents, and test cases to meet business objectives.
  • Migrate data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 while ensuring data integrity.
  • Perform functional testing and support UAT to guarantee solutions meet business expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and support daily operations, customizing systems for evolving business requirements.
  • Effectively manage change requests and ensure proper solution implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field with a strong emphasis on software development.
  • Extensive experience in Dynamics NAV/Dynamics BC implementation & support is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MS Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to draft professional reports and documentation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to continuous learning.
