Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team in Singapore. As an Associate, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex insurance coverage and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on policy coverage issues and quantum across various types of insurance.
  • Representing airlines in matters arising from major accidents.
  • Drafting and reviewing policy wording and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients.
  • Advising on regulatory and dispute resolution matters.
  • Assisting the Partner in managing and building client relationships.
  • Collaboration and mentoring to work with the wider team.

Candidate Profile:

  • An established Associate level lawyer with a solid litigation background.
  • 3-5 years post qualification experience in Singapore / London acting for and advising clients.
  • Admission to the Singapore Bar is preferred.
  • Strong general litigation background with deep understanding of insurance, regulatory, or aviation liability matters and claims.
  • Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with reputable or international law firms is preferred.
  • A genuine desire to build on and expand your skillset within a global law firm context.
  • Strong academics, with excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A self-driven, can-do attitude and approach, and enthusiasm to contribute to and foster a positive team atmosphere.
