We are currently seeking a professional to join our team as an Insurance / Reinsurance Lawyer.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with an aviation industry background and experience in advising (re)insurers on coverage issues, especially in complex aviation contexts.

  • Advising (re)insurers on coverage issues, especially in complex aviation contexts.
  • Pursuing subrogated claims and recovery actions for insureds and insurers.
  • Navigating sanctions-related insurance issues, including OFAC and geopolitical events (e.g., Russia-Ukraine conflict).
  • Aviation insurance background is a huge plus.
  • Handling multi-jurisdictional disputes involving airlines, helicopter operators, airports, and manufacturers.
  • Experience with major and attritional losses, including aircraft accidents and operational incidents.
  • Litigation involving product liability for aerospace manufacturers.
