About Aviation Liability Role ">
- Working with a global team to navigate risk and maximise opportunity in the aviation sector, advising on insurance coverage issues and quantum across various types of insurance.
- Representing airlines in matters arising from major accidents, leveraging expertise in regulatory and dispute resolution matters.
- Drafting and reviewing policy wording, providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients, and collaborating with other teams to manage client relationships.
- Assisting in managing and building client relationships, including business development activities, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Candidate Profile
">- An established Associate level lawyer with a solid litigation background, preferably gained within a top-tier private practice law firm environment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in Singapore or London, acting for and advising clients on complex insurance, regulatory, or aviation liability matters.
- Admission to the Singapore Bar is preferred, as well as strong general litigation skills, drafting abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with reputable international law firms and a genuine desire to build on and expand your skillset within a global law firm context.
