Job Title: LNG Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a LNG Operations Specialist.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our natural gas and LNG contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping, logistics, and trade lifecycle processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of natural gas and LNG contracts.
  • Coordinate gas pipeline nominations and LNG cargo schedules with counterparties, shippers, terminals, and traders.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all shipping, pipeline, customs, and terminal documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between traders, finance, risk control, and external partners for day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve operational issues such as scheduling conflicts, delivery delays, or documentation discrepancies.
  • Follow corporate policies on credit, sanctions, and operational risk.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and provide daily/monthly operational reports.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimally 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Operations, preferably in natural gas/LNG.
  • Strong understanding of shipping, logistics, contracts, and trade lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
