Job Title: LNG Contract Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LNG contract manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing daily LNG cargo schedules, working closely with our trading team to implement commercial deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the daily LNG cargo schedule to meet all deadlines and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maximize the value of the LNG portfolio.
  • Support the trading team in identifying and capturing new optimization opportunities to increase margins.

Lifecycle Management:
You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of an LNG cargo from loading to discharge, ensuring all contractual and internal reporting requirements are met.

Operational Needs:
You will provide support for global, 24/7 trading operations, including responding to requests outside standard hours. This includes handling operational needs for LNG shipping, such as voyage instructions, fuel optimization, appointing agents, and managing demurrage calculations.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in LNG operations or shipping.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
  • Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel. Coding ability (e.g., VBA) is a plus.

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
