We are seeking a seasoned professional to take ownership of strategic, functional, and delivery aspects of transaction monitoring platforms in global banking environments. This role demands a blend of regulatory understanding, product knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and solution design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of transaction monitoring scenarios and rule calibration frameworks based on risk profiles, customer segmentation, product types, and geographies.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to define ETL logic, source-to-target mappings, and data transformation rules for high-quality alert generation.
  • Conduct deep-dive workshops with stakeholders to elicit business needs and translate them into BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, and SDS documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years in the BFSI domain, with 7+ years of experience in AML transaction monitoring using Actimize.
  • Hands-on exposure to SAM 9/SAM 10, including scenario configuration, model behavior analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong command over AML typologies, red flags, SAR triggers, and jurisdiction-specific TM regulatory requirements (US, UK, APAC, EU).
