Job Title: Professional Lighting Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced lighting consultant to lead our growth and support initiatives in the APAC market.

  • Supervise a team of technical specialists across APAC.
  • Provide technical support to projects via email, phone calls, video conferencing, and on-site visits in Singapore.
  • Communicate effectively with international customers in English and Mandarin for verbal and written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the global Technical Support team to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in onboarding Ecosystem partners to effectively utilize our platform and services.
  • Investigate product returns and provide design solutions for smart lighting controls that meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Work closely with the APAC Sales team to ensure seamless customer journeys from sales to design.
  • Specify wireless lighting control solutions for projects in the market.
  • Serve as a regional advocate for specifiers in the APAC region, working with the Specification Success team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient in hands-on demonstrations and explaining technical details of lighting control systems.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and electrical contractors/system integrators is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills, multitasking, and prioritization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications

5-7 years of technical expertise and experience in lighting and lighting controls such as DALI, KNX or DMX.
