Senior Development Manager Role

As a Senior Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's business model by identifying and assessing potential project sites/locations. Your expertise will be essential in reporting to senior management on opportunities and failures, as well as undertaking high-level master-planning and space-planning.

  • Review and assess potential project sites/locations for suitability under the CEO's business model.
  • Report regularly to senior management on site/location opportunities and failures.
  • Develop initial high-level master-planning and space-planning concepts.
  • Prepare applications and submissions to potential Landlords.
  • Liaise with local planning departments and building authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Interior Designer to develop the Design Brief.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and meet deadlines.
