Job Title: Luxury Hotel Front Office Manager

This is a key leadership role within the Rooms Division, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. The Guest Services Manager will be accountable for handling guests' requests and complaints, investigating issues, and coordinating with other departments to maintain seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guests' requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate complaints and address them promptly, providing explanations and apologies as necessary.
  • Ensure that all rooms are prepared for sale in a proper condition, working closely with Housekeeping and Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate VIP arrivals, walk-ins, groups, and special requests with Front Office and Guest Services teams.
  • Manage communication and resolve any conflicts between colleagues or departments.
  • Perform random checks on colleagues to ensure they are following procedures and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Conduct physical room checks for remaining departures beyond 1600 hours.
  • Verify Housekeeping reports and follow up on any discrepancies with Front Office colleagues.
  • Run night audit for HMS and InfoGenesis systems.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a luxury hotel or similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest service standards.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
