Job Opportunity

We are seeking a young professional to gain hands-on experience across multiple hotel departments at our luxurious property in Singapore.

This internship offers a comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality operations, developing practical skills in guest service, operational support, and inter-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office & Guest Services:
    • Provide warm welcomes to guests and ensure a positive first impression.
    • Assist with check-in/check-out processes, key issuance, and guest inquiries.
    • Support concierge services, including luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
    • Respond to guest requests, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Conduct pre-arrival room inspections and ensure correct amenities are in place.
  • Food & Beverage Operations:
    • Greet and serve guests at the lounge, Sky Bar, in-room dining, and events.
    • Support event operations: setup, service, and breakdown.
    • Participate in menu and beverage training to provide accurate recommendations.
    • Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and service excellence across all F&B outlets.
  • Housekeeping:
    • Clean and service guest rooms according to luxury standards.
    • Replenish amenities, linens, and section pantries.
    • Report maintenance issues, lost & found, or damages promptly.
    • Ensure housekeeping safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
  • Administrative & Coordination Support:
    • Liaise with Reservations, Events, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
    • Support operational reporting, logs, and daily communication.
    • Assist in upselling hotel products, facilities, and services.
