We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assume the role of Transport Logistics Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transportation operation of various projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving route orders and planning on-boarding procedures for passengers;
  • Coordinating with customers and stakeholders on queries and onboarding processes;
  • Planning, routing, and coordinating with suitable drivers on their routes;
  • Assisting in training and ensuring service quality is upheld;
  • Dealing with feedback, queries, and complaints positively;

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be patient and able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, they should be meticulous, able to multitask, and focused on coordinating tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Able to adopt IT processes and train drivers in technology usage;
  • Good sense of direction and navigation skills;
  • Ability to create visual aids for presentations;
  • Able to work comfortably under pressure and adapt to changing situations;
