YOUR ROLE
To Support The Transportation Logistics In Day-to-Day Operation
Manage intercompany planning from plant to plant, subcontractor, and distribution center.
Manage urgency shipment validation & execution.
Handle discrepancies management.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics service providers to ensure shipment execution as per plan.
Oversee freight settlement, including invoice validation, accruals, and KPIs.
Manage and review service delivery performance and KPIs with 3rd party logistics providers.
Prepare daily/monthly KPI reports.
Conduct site service/material inventory audits.
Handle RFQ/tender processes.
Participate in projects related to transportation logistics.
Manage shipment execution processes (sending booking requests, tracking shipments).
Your Skills & Experiences
Minimum ITE or diploma holders in logistics or equivalent.
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in transportation logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields for diploma holders; at least 3 years for ITE graduates.
Knowledge of SAP system.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Project management experience and skills.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong personality.
Strong commitment and ability to handle stress.
Good time management skills.
Guidance and in-house training are provided.
Ability to work on shifts (Mon – Fri 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM, Tues - Sat 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM).
