YOUR ROLE

To Support The Transportation Logistics In Day-to-Day Operation

  • Manage intercompany planning from plant to plant, subcontractor, and distribution center.
  • Manage urgency shipment validation & execution.
  • Handle discrepancies management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics service providers to ensure shipment execution as per plan.
  • Oversee freight settlement, including invoice validation, accruals, and KPIs.
  • Manage and review service delivery performance and KPIs with 3rd party logistics providers.
  • Prepare daily/monthly KPI reports.
  • Conduct site service/material inventory audits.
  • Handle RFQ/tender processes.
  • Participate in projects related to transportation logistics.
  • Manage shipment execution processes (sending booking requests, tracking shipments).

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Minimum ITE or diploma holders in logistics or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in transportation logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields for diploma holders; at least 3 years for ITE graduates.
  • Knowledge of SAP system.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Project management experience and skills.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong personality.
  • Strong commitment and ability to handle stress.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Guidance and in-house training are provided.
  • Ability to work on shifts (Mon – Fri 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM, Tues - Sat 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM).
