Job Title: Service Excellence Leader
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Service Excellence Leader. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and experience at our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform opening duties to prepare for service and closing duties at the end of your shift, using sound judgment to balance speed and guest comfort.
- Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Dress tables with the correct number of place settings, including crockery, silverware, glasses, and napkins.
- Maintain the restaurant's overall cleanliness at all times, paying attention to detail and adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Assist management and hosts to meet, greet, and seat guests, and issue them food and wine menus.
- Introduce yourself to guests and inform them of special offers and stock shortages before they select items from the menu.
- Proactively anticipate guests' needs, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure beverages are served swiftly and replenished continuously, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the POS system, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
- Follow up on food and beverage orders with the BOH, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality preparation.
- Check on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and overall experience, providing feedback to management and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Issue guests with their check on request, greeting and thanking them sincerely on departure.
- Perform closing duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, and preparing linens for collection by laundry service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
