**Service Excellence Leader**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team. As a key member of our service operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate their team to deliver outstanding results. You will be responsible for leading service operations, building relationships with guests, taking orders, describing menus, upselling products, and ensuring outlet setup is complete before each shift.
- Lead service operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Become a relationship builder with guests, fostering strong connections and loyalty.
- Take orders and describe menus to provide expert recommendations.
- Upsell products based on extensive product knowledge to increase sales and revenue.
- Ensure outlet setup is complete and thorough walkthroughs are conducted before each shift.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by being proactive in service and bar operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance procedures and systems.
- Conduct basic training sessions and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
