Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Excellence Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to lounge guests, ensuring high-level service standards are consistently met.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, managing the smooth running of the lounge and its facilities.
  • Work closely with lounge managers and duty managers to ensure seamless operation.
  • Lead, train, and guide service staff to achieve high levels of service quality.
  • Monitor staff punctuality, performance, and grooming, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, providing excellent service recovery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the lounge.
  • Perform regular checks of food counters, shower rooms, toilets, and other areas to ensure they are clean and functional.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks and maintain a tidy and organized environment.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving operational efficiency.
