Job Title: Strategic Business Transformation Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Transformation Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business transformation initiatives across various industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop customized solutions to address them.

Your primary focus will be on partnering with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, and then collaborating with our teams to design and implement tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in facilitating workshops, analyzing complex business applications, and mentoring others will be invaluable in achieving successful outcomes.

You will also be involved in assessing the current situation, creating artifacts to maximize value, and liaising between clients and our teams consisting of SMEs, C-suite executives, developers, quality analysts, tech architects, user experience designers, project managers, etc. to manage product backlogs and ensure software delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong track record of delivering impactful software solutions ideally on a collaborative software delivery team
  • Excellent attention to detail, practical approach to day-to-day work, and ability to draw direct connections between client strategy and team outcomes
  • Passion for unearthing root causes of client pain points, validating business opportunities or problems, and partnering to deliver solutions
  • Proven knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies, and ability to mentor others
  • Understanding of how businesses operate, and experience modeling business processes using various tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions
