Project Manager - Infrastructure Development

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a high-profile infrastructure development in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of site management, coordination, and project execution on one of Singapore's strategic transport projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery. They will be responsible for fostering strong working relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders, as well as coordinating construction activities across teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site operations and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Coordinate construction activities across teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
  • Track productivity rates and align them with project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring tools to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Lead regular meetings with site teams to promote quality improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with LTA standards and project specifications.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in construction, with direct exposure to LTA MRT projects.
  • Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, and team management.
  • Familiarity with LTA project documentation, processes, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
