About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our residential building projects from concept to completion.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of residential building projects

  • Monitoring site progress, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Conducting project meetings, providing progress reports, and addressing issues or delays
  • Mentoring and guiding project/site teams to ensure high performance and morale

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
  • Proven experience managing residential building projects in Singapore
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
