Job Title: Clinical Specialist

Purpose of the Position:

The clinical specialist plays a pivotal role in providing expert support for cardiac rhythm management solutions directly or indirectly to hospitals, medical professionals, and allied partners. This position entails building robust relationships through exceptional customer service and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintain market share, and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve business objectives within assigned accounts and drive profitable expansion.
  2. Engage with cardiologists and electrophysiologists in private and government hospitals.
  3. Collaborate with hospitals on tenders and consignment stocks or channel partners on tenders.
  4. Offer technical assistance, including tool maintenance and testing, directly or indirectly to field teams and respond promptly to inquiries from doctors.
  5. Support implantations and procedures, as well as follow-up activities.
  6. Resolve issues and conduct root cause analysis.
