**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
The incumbent is responsible for providing strategic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) product support, campaigns and launches to the local countries, which may include developing product plans, working closely with all stakeholders to assist in delivering of marketing strategies. The incumbent will gather, analyze data from all the relevant sources and communicate the evolution of the product roadmaps from the region to the country levels.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:
- Define and implement the CRM product strategy and roadmap for APAC region.
- Ensure alignment of overall plans with program direction, developing and reinforcing the core positioning for key products within the CRM portfolio.
Marketing Campaign Management:
- Lead and organize key marketing campaigns, working in close collaboration with local teams to ensure regional alignment.
- Develop and execute systemic campaigns for both new and existing product portfolios, supporting brand growth across the APAC region.
Competitive Analysis and Market Intelligence:
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of BIOTRONIK products relative to competitors, anticipate competitive responses, and factor these into sales projections.
- Maintain constant awareness of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, gathering and analyzing market share data and competitive intelligence.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate product plans and strategies clearly with team members to ensure alignment and consensus on objectives and actions.
- Provide support to local teams for customer proposals and presentations, ensuring all materials effectively support product positioning.
Sales Enablement and Support:
- Develop tools and resources that enable sales channels and customers to evaluate product options, enhancing product visibility and competitiveness.
- Support the creation and execution of customer training programs, equipping teams with necessary skills and product knowledge.
**EDUCATION**:
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree.
**EXPERIENCE**:
Experience in Healthcare and Cardiac Rhythm Management:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical, sales, or product marketing.
- Proven track record in Cardiac Rhythm Management, particularly in sales or marketing roles.
Market Insight and Trend Analysis:
- Strong understanding of current trends within the medical device industry.
- Ability to analyze and identify potential opportunities for growth within the CRM segment.
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous, facilitating engagement with key stakeholders across the APAC region.
Influence and Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without formal authority.
- Experience working within a matrix organization is preferred, highlighting adaptability to complex organizational structures.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse regional teams.
Creative Problem Solving and Innovation:
- Skilled in rapid idea generation and viability assessment.
- Capable of championing innovative solutions and influencing shifts in strategic thinking.
Travel Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region to engage with stakeholders, customers, and regional team.
