Position Overview

Senior Clinical Product Specialist (Cardiac Rhythm Management) — Senior Clinical Product Specialist in the CRM department supporting clinical adoption and optimization of CRM products and therapies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide expert clinical guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of patient care and product performance.

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth clinical support during CRM device implantations and follow-ups.
  • Conduct product training and education for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
  • Serve as a clinical expert on CRM therapies, including pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and remote monitoring systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot device-related issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Collaborate with principals to stay updated on new technologies and devices.
  • Participate in promotional activity to increase product awareness in the market.
  • Develop and implement plans for the product line and provide recommendations for the current product pipeline.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product improvement.
Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or technical role within CRM or cardiovascular spaces.
  • Proven expertise in cardiac rhythm management therapies and devices.
  • Familiarity with hospital workflows and cardiac electrophysiology labs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for clinical support and training.
