Infrastructure Leadership Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of engineers and contribute to the delivery of end-to-end network infrastructure solutions.

You will oversee the planning, design, and deployment of network infrastructure and IT services for clients.

  • Lead the planning, design, and deployment of network infrastructure and IT services for clients.
  • Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring best practices in architecture, patching, upgrading, and maintenance.
  • Build a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions, including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points.
  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring project success.
  • Deliver post-sales support, troubleshooting, and day-2 operations management.
  • L2/L3 support.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and high service availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in network infrastructure and security.
  • Proven leadership in roles such as Technical Lead or Team Lead.
  • Diploma or higher in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications preferred:
    • Fortinet Certified Professional (FortiGate, FortiClient EMS)
    • Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
    • Avaya Implementation Specialist
    • Palo Alto / Checkpoint Firewall certifications
