Community Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the Programme Executive position. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse populations, including the elderly, families in need, and other segments of society.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting community screenings, building relationships with the elderly, and supporting outreach activities or public education efforts. They will also conduct health assessments for seniors/clients, establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, caregivers, volunteers, and the community, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
In addition, the Programme Executive will assist in volunteer management, plan and implement orientation programmes, train volunteers in conducting active aging activities and buddying initiatives for seniors/clients, and encourage volunteers to engage in befriending relationships with seniors to enhance their emotional and social well-being.
The Programme Executive will also oversee the planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Centre's programs, activities, and events, creating a regular activity calendar. They will manage key programs, ensuring timely execution and achievement of objectives, coordinate and manage events and partner relationships, and provide accurate reporting on the progress of programs.
