Product Manager Role

About Us:

Our mission is to revolutionize the way money moves across borders. We are building a powerful infrastructure that enables global platforms to issue cards and move money natively, without borders.

We have already built a high-scale cross-border platform that processes billions in volume across 70+ countries. Now, we are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help us expand and scale our global card infrastructure product.

  • Drive the strategy, execution, and growth of our global card infrastructure product globally with a strong focus on scale, resilience, and partner success

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on the strategy and KPIs by prioritizing the most impactful projects that move the needle on a quarterly basis
  • Go beyond traditional boundaries of a Product Manager to help deliver faster, whether it's owning your product's compliance risk, helping unblock technical issues, or analyzing data yourself where necessary
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and partner teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure
  • Deeply understand partner needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities
  • Shape the future of embedded finance by enabling global platforms to issue cards and move money natively across borders

Requirements:

  • Have launched and scaled card programs, worked with card networks, or built integrations with card processors or issuing banks
  • Understand the technical, regulatory, and operational challenges of global financial products
  • Comfortable owning outcomes, navigating complexity, and building zero-to-one infrastructure
  • Want to help turn our global card infrastructure product into the industry standard for embedded cross-border finance
  • Can comfortably write SQL queries and analyze customer data to make data-driven product decisions
