Job Title: Invoice and Sales Operations Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to coordinate invoicing and sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Create professional invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions.
  • Submit invoices to customers via email or customer portal in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile payables and receivables for CSS and CSF during month-end to ensure accuracy.
  • Process quotations for spare part inquiries from customers efficiently.
  • Coordinate with external teams on delivery schedules, missing parts, and wrong parts delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Admin and Accounting with a strong focus on finance and accounting principles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
