As a key member of our team, you will provide expert Quantity Surveying and contract advisory services, managing procurement strategies, overseeing funding, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Quantity Surveying services, including contract advisory to Project Managers and stakeholders on managing infrastructure projects.
  • Provide project management support for renovation projects within the hospital cluster.
  • Support the drafting of infrastructure procurement documents, including refining procurement policies and procedures.
  • Manage funding and cash flow for infrastructure projects within the hospital cluster.
  • Analyze and compile cost data for infrastructure projects, liaising with Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits, including coordinating with Project Managers, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
  • Compile a registry of consultations, queries, and feedback on procurement policies, standard contract documents, and contract administration processes/templates for periodic review and improvement.
  • Organize training sessions for professional growth and practice.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Project Management for infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in healthcare facilities and/or government projects is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or other relevant construction-related disciplines.
  • Good knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with strong passion and drive.
