About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team at Seagate. As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support the company's short- and long-range HR goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to design, develop, and implement HRIS solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems, including data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to evaluate software and hardware needs and design new or modify existing systems to meet changing demands.
  • Oversee the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned HRIS systems, reports, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors and ensure the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
  • Consult with HR management in developing company-wide use of talent management functions, including objectives, reviews, development, calibration, and succession.
  • Establish data tables, structures, files, interface requirements, configuration, and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration.
  • Project management responsibilities include timeline, resource, communications, facilitating meetings, and completion of major programs.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Systems Analyst with a strong background in HR processes and systems, specifically talent management. You should have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules, as well as project management and technical documentation skills.

You should be able to analyze data to provide insights and verify results within the system. Additionally, you should be able to learn new tools, technologies, and business functions quickly.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience with HR processes and systems, specifically talent management.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
  • Project Management – ability to organize tasks, dependencies, and resources into critical timelines.
  • Technical Documentation – ability to organize and communicate requirements, specifications, and instructions.
  • Data analysis – ability to analyze data to provide insights and verify results within the system.
  • Learning – ability to pick up and master new tools, technologies, and business functions.
Location

This role is based in Shugart, Singapore, and does not require any travel.
