Job Title: Hostel Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our hostel brand across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel industry.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase bookings and revenue.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy rates, revenue per bed, and customer acquisition costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of hostel culture and the backpacker/travel community.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Self-starter with a passion for travel and community building.
