We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Trainee to support our recruitment efforts, new employee onboarding process, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in an HR-related program and possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
As a Human Resources Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and resource management. You will assist with job postings, resume organization, scheduling candidate interviews, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Recruitment Efforts: Assist with job postings, resume organization, and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Assist with New Employee Onboarding: Prepare welcome materials and organize necessary paperwork.
- Maintain HR Records: Update and organize employee files, both digital and physical, in our HR systems.
- Support Training and Development: Set up training catalogs and improve processes.
- Help with HR Projects: Support special HR initiatives.
- Provide General HR Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks that keep the HR department running efficiently.
