Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hospitality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and evaluate financial budgets through regular reporting and analysis.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor research, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Assist in preparing reports for government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Respond to queries from finance and facilitate matters related to invoices, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain licensing and insurance renewals for all entities under our hotel group.
- Provide office management support, including correspondence, expense reporting, and task coordination.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of financial administration and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, Micros, and GXP.
- Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and proactivity.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
