Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

Description:
As a senior hospitality manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent dining experience to all customers and ensure that every guest feels valued and satisfied.
  • Familiar with the whole floor operations and able to carry out the role of every floor position, including host, server, cashier, and others.
  • Responsible for restaurant sales target and KPIs, including overall cost, i.e., food cost and labor cost.
  • Enhance the leadership and performance excellence of the team members by training, motivating, assessing, and being a role model for all team members to provide customers with high-quality service.
  • Respond to customer or team member comments and feedback professionally.
  • Responsible for outlet safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and ensuring they are kept at high standards.
  • Responsible for outlet workforce arrangement, manage outlet recruitment and training, scheduling, and reporting shortage or excess of the workforce to Operations Head regularly.
  • Good knowledge about all menu and able to explain clearly to team members during training.
  • Responsible for operating reports and marketing.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in the hospitality field.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
