Senior Building Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in Building Engineering projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mechanical and electrical systems of a building project, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with design consultants on the design intent and review M&E design drawings
- Liaise with in-house architectural, civil, and structural teams to minimize discrepancies
- Manage M&E subcontractors' work progress, shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements submissions, and approval
- Attend M&E coordination meetings and prepare M&E coordination drawings
- Ensure good M&E drawing management and control of M&E documentation and filing on site
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering recognized by PE Board / BCA or relevant M&E accreditation recognized by PE Board/BCA
- At least 8 years' experience in Building Engineering projects
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
- Experience with prefabricated MEP system projects will have an added advantage
