Job Opportunity
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers for building systems.
About the Role
- Audit and monitor specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Support senior management in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects.
- Coordinate and support companies' projects and minor works, including planning and overseeing upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure functionality and serviceability of all building systems at all times.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in building services setting in a healthcare environment is essential.
