Children's Ministry Professional

Covenant Community Methodist Church is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Children's Ministry team.

  • Lead the organization of Children's Church Services in collaboration with the Church School Superintendent and Committee members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and self-motivation with the capacity to work independently.

  • Organize seasonal special events for children, including planning and executing Vacation Bible School.

Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team are essential qualities for this role.

This position requires experience in Children's Ministry, theological training is an advantage, and must be able to work on Sundays and be present at Sunday School.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the CK Committee in planning and administering the total work of the Sunday School.

Assist in teachers' training by organizing or identifying courses to develop their teaching effectiveness.

Identify, purchase, customize, and/or develop teaching materials and resources for teachers.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
