Job Title:
Children's Ministry Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Children's Ministry Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and leading children's church services, planning seasonal special events, and providing support to teachers in developing their teaching skills. You will work closely with the CK Committee to plan and execute these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize children's church services, including identifying and purchasing learning materials and resources.
• Coordinate seasonal special events, such as Vacation Bible School, ensuring smooth execution and engagement of children.
• Assist in teachers' training by identifying and recommending courses for them to attend, promoting their growth and effectiveness.
• Source and customize teaching materials and resources for teachers, supporting their needs and development.
• Work collaboratively with the CK Committee to maintain records and administer the Sunday School, including budgeting and planning.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in children's ministry is an asset, but not required.
• Theological training is an advantage.
