Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE professional to oversee risk management activities, conduct inspections and implement corrective actions.

  • Risk Management Activities: Participate in risk assessments, develop and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
  • HSE Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near-miss events to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Safety Training: Deliver safety training programs to employees and subcontractors, including inductions and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced WSH certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a main contractor, with relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Certifications: Possess a Scaffold Safety Supervisor Course certificate.
  • Availability: Able to work rotating shifts and willing to work in designated areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of safety protocols, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
