Senior Health Safety Manager Position

As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing various Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities across all yards and project locations. Your primary goal is to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, while also promoting environmental sustainability.
You will monitor and evaluate the organization's overall HSE performance, implementing effective workplace safety and health management systems in accordance with prevailing legislation. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, investigating accidents, and providing guidance on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage HSE activities across all yards and project locations.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, implementing effective safety and health management systems.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and investigate accidents.
- Provide guidance on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement HSE strategies and measurable KPIs for all projects.
- Degree in HSE or relevant field required.
- MOM Registered WSH Officer certification mandatory.
- ECO (Environmental Control Officer) certificates highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years construction experience essential.
- Familiarity with ISO and BizSafe standards desired.
- Strong time management, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills must.
- Good Communication Skills expected.
- Working Day: 5.5 days per week.
- Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.00pm.
