Skilled Construction Manager Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee project activities on site. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in greenfield construction.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- They should also have proven track records in the construction industry as a main contractor M&E or M&E subcontractor.
- Proficiency in Project Management, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and IT Networking would be advantageous.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing project schedules and work breakdown structures in line with contract requirements.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to drive execution of project activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Overseeing project activities on site, including documentation and subcontractor matters.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
