Skilled Construction Manager Wanted

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors;
- Assist in the coordination and management of assigned projects;
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations;
- Monitor project progress and schedule;
- Supervise different teams of Formwork workers;
- Plan and enforce E&I works according to schedule and specified targets;
- Manager on-site matters and progress of work.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze complex construction plans and drawings;
- Experience in construction management and supervision;
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations;
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Ability to lead a team of foreign workers.
